Returns and Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 48 hrs after purchase. After that, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The products being returned must also be brought back to our shop before an exchange is processed.
Products that cannot be returned:
- Giff cards / Vouchers
- Products on sale
To complete an exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not offer financial refunds. Only exchanges are allowed.
